How do I know how many items were counted?
After collection we count the actual items and record them. You can see the list and the count on your order page. If it differs from what you booked, we ask you to confirm before going further.What if an item is lost or damaged?
Report it in the app within 7 days of receiving your laundry back. If there is no reply within 24 hours the case is escalated to the Pick n Wash team automatically. Report it in the app with photos of the pieces involved. It becomes a claim with its own reference number, and you can see every step until it is resolved — no chasing us for updates.How many days does it take?
Return slots start 2 days after the pickup slot and run up to 7 days You choose your own return day. If you need it sooner, choose express — picked up and returned the same day.
