Choose a service and book
Pick a service from the fixed per-item catalogue, so you always know the price before you send anything, then choose a pickup date and time window.book up to 5 days ahead · 09:00-12:00 · 13:00-16:00 · 18:00-20:00
Step 2
A driver picks up your laundry
A driver collects your laundry in the time window you chose. Track every step in the app from the moment they set off.
Step 3
A partner shop washes and checks quality
The shop that takes the job processes it according to the service you booked, then checks quality before sending it back.
Step 4
Your laundry is delivered back
A driver brings your finished laundry back in the time window you booked. Review the items in the app before you receive it.Return slots start 2 days after the pickup slot and run up to 7 days

Pick n Wash charges from a fixed per-item catalogue, not by weighing your laundry and quoting a price afterwards — choose a service and see the total right away, before you confirm.
After you receive your laundry
Report it in the app within 7 days of receiving your laundry back. If there is no reply within 24 hours the case is escalated to the Pick n Wash team automatically.
