- Minimum 100 THB per order If the service charge falls below it, the system tops the order up to the minimum and shows it as a separate line on the bill. Packages have their own minimum item count per pickup.
- Return slots start 2 days after the pickup slot and run up to 7 days You choose your own return day. If you need it sooner, choose express — picked up and returned the same day.
- 09:00-12:00 · 13:00-16:00 · 18:00-20:00 · book up to 5 days ahead · Yes — you choose both the pickup slot and the return slot yourself in the app.
- After collection we count the actual items and record them. You can see the list and the count on your order page. If it differs from what you booked, we ask you to confirm before going further.
- From your Pick n Wash account. Every order has a reference number and shows each stage — awaiting confirmation, collected, counted, in progress, quality check, and delivered.
- Report it in the app within 7 days of receiving your laundry back. If there is no reply within 24 hours the case is escalated to the Pick n Wash team automatically. Attach photos and details of the affected items. The case goes straight into review and you can follow its status in the app.
- Packages are counted in items, not pickups. Split them across as many pickups as you like until the item quota runs out, as long as each pickup meets the package's minimum. Each package also includes a set number of free pickup and delivery trips. · Trips beyond the included allowance cost 79 THB each
- Yes. Each package card states how many days it is valid for from the purchase date. Once expired, any remaining quota can no longer be used and is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- You can cancel yourself in the app as long as you have not paid and no driver has set off to collect. After payment, while a transfer slip is being reviewed, or once a driver is on the way, message us in chat and the team will handle it.
- Express means collected and returned the same day. The express charge appears as its own line on the bill before payment. — 30% of the wash charge (delivery excluded) · minimum 200 THB · order by 14:00
