- Priced on the real distance from the nearest service point, charged once per order and covering both pickup and return. The total is always shown before you pay — full rates are on the Terms page.
- There is a per-order minimum. If the service charge lands below it, the order is billed at the minimum and shown as its own line — never hidden. The exact figure is on the Terms page.
- Return slots start 2 days after the pickup slot and run up to 7 days You choose your own return day. If you need it sooner, choose express — picked up and returned the same day.
- 09:00-12:00 · 13:00-16:00 · 18:00-20:00 · book up to 5 days ahead · Yes — you choose both the pickup slot and the return slot yourself in the app.
- After collection we count the actual items and record them. You can see the list and the count on your order page. If it differs from what you booked, we ask you to confirm before going further.
- From your Pick n Wash account. Every order has a reference number and shows each stage — awaiting confirmation, collected, counted, in progress, quality check, and delivered.
- Report it in the app within 7 days of receiving your laundry back. If there is no reply within 24 hours the case is escalated to the Pick n Wash team automatically. Report it in the app with photos of the pieces involved. It becomes a claim with its own reference number, and you can see every step until it is resolved — no chasing us for updates.
- Packages are counted in items, not pickups. Split them across several rounds until the item quota runs out or the package expires. Each package includes a set number of pickup–delivery rounds and states its own minimum items per round on the card; you can top up extra rounds any time.
- Yes. Each package card states how many days it is valid for from the purchase date. Once expired, any remaining quota can no longer be used and is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- You can cancel yourself in the app as long as you have not paid and no driver has set off to collect. After payment, while a transfer slip is being reviewed, or once a driver is on the way, tap Report an issue in the app and pick the cancellation topic — the shop handling your order will take it from there.
- Express means collected and returned the same day, ordered by 14:00 that day. The express charge appears as its own line on the bill before you pay.
- Tap Report an issue in the app and pick the topic that matches. It opens a thread tied to that order and the shop handling it responds first. For anything not tied to an order, call or email the team using the details at the bottom of this page.
